RUD Fit Classes

RUD Fit classes are focused on health and wellness instead of choreography like our open classes. Enjoy high energy cardio or mellow yoga both to hip hop music.

  • Cardio Hip Hop

    Enjoy 60-minutes of non-stop, follow-along, sweat-drenched hip hop! This super fun, high energy class will have you dancing your butt off! Come get your daily dose of cardio, and actually have fun while doing it!

    Fitness classes run all year with the exception of certain holidays and threatening weather. Please follow our social media for announcements on cancellations.

    Thursday 7pm – 8pm
    Saturday 9am – 10am

  • Hip Hop Yoga

    Not your average yoga class…hip hop yoga is set to funky beats and choreographed flows that will leave you feeling energized and grounded. Each one hour yoga class will incorporate breath work, movement and postures that promote strength building, and a short round of meditation. Yoga has incredible benefits for dancers, including but not limited to increased flexibility, balance, body awareness, stress relief, and so much more. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel!

    Skill Level: All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary!
