Adult Beginner (16+) This is our revised adult beginner hip hop class. If you have taken one of these classes before, you may have been overwhelmed because it was more challenging than you anticipated. We’ve heard you and we are breaking things down even more giving you more technical instruction. In this class we will break down new moves each week, repeat them until you feel comfortable and then put them together in a short routine to one of your favorite (mostly old school) tunes. It’s a great time and a good workout too for your mind and your body! Our former “adult beginner hip hop class” will now be labeled “intermediate”Check it out! If you have always wanted to learn hip hop but didn’t want to be in a kids class, this is for you. It’s a drop in style class so no commitment is required! Come when you can! Leave feeling super fly!

It’s less of a technical class where foundations are laid, but with the same personal instruction. Master classes are designed to give you as much information and choreography out of an expert as you can obtain in one one-hour session. Come ready to work, be inspired, and featured in our videos. With new choreography taught at each class, you can be as committed as you want to be without falling behind. Levels vary, intensity does not! Ages 11+
